This complaint is my attempt to get my issues resolved informally in order to avoid filing suit against *** as well as the two contractors (one is the business with whom this complaint is being filed) they had me use for installation of my basement and kitchen floors Because this complaint involves three separate businesses (*** Flooring, Floors by Holland, LLC, and *** *** ***) I have submitted a Revdex.com complaint against all three While I chose "service issues" as the primary nature of my complaint, there are other issues involved as well
*** has been overall very untimely and unresponsive with dealing with my contractual floor tear ups and installs A very shortened version of the issue pertaining to this contractor: The job is not finished though payment has been received in fullI have been unable to get this issue resolved from the contractor or from *** I wrote up a very detailed explanation, but the character count on this web form
