Gross Automation

I order tools from brew city tools in the past with no problems but my last order was shipped to my PO and not my physical address witch is what I wanted but the stupid people at brew city never informed me that they where shipping my tools UPS. My address was clearly marked a PO box so I should have revived an email or some form of contact letting me know there's a problem with the shipping details but no they shipped my tools to a PO box trough UPS, how stupid. I call Gross Automation to ask for a refund back in August and to this day have not yet received my refund!!! By far the worst company I've even had to deal with !!! Who knows when or if I'll ever get my money back
