Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please issue, on official letterhead, that a credit to the rent has been applied for next month, August, and that the next month billing, September, will be issued a credit as well if the bill is substantially higher than normal. In addition please note that if the AC has been properly fixed during the previous call that the unit would not have gone out while I, the tenant, was out of town. Despite all of that I thanked management for their apology.
Regards,
[redacted]

We have apologized to our resident for this inconvenience. We have responded to each service call on the day it was reported, but unfortunately, when a reisdent is out of town, we have no way of knowing that there is an issue in the apartment home until we are notified. We have adjusted for the...

resident's increased billing from the electric company and will review the upcoming bill when it becomes available.
