There was a miscommunication with regard to this property due to the salesperson Robert K*** no longer being with the company and the property being occupied by a tenant. We repaired the kitchen screen and when we received the letter we realized it should have been the bathroom
screen. We immediately addressed this and repaired the correct screen. A credit of $was actually given to the customer on the final bill (instead of the $136.) but it was confusing because it was not stated as a credit we just deducted the cost of sheets of plywood at a cost of $a sheet. Finally, we have been in touch with the customer regarding the cost of any solar lights that we broken by the delivery company and we are happy to replace the cost of those. We are just waiting for a bill. Thanks very much for your assistance
