helped me with a new username and password. I went online and thought that I had responded to this complaint and that this matter was taken care of. Then I received another notice on Monday, June 14th saying that I had five business days from the date of the letter. The letter was dated June 6, 2016. I did not receive the letter until the 14th so I'm hoping that we still have time to straighten this out. A representative from our company has been in contact with [redacted] Despite the fact that she signed a year contract in March 2016 stating that she would pay $70 per month for pest control we decided to let her out of her contract. We also gave her the refund of $70 that she requested. While speaking with her, she told our representative that she was going to call the Revdex.com to let them know that we had come to an agreement. Her contract has been cancelled and a refund check request has been sent to our corporate office. Please let me know if there is any other information that I need to provide.
