I'm on the "do not call list" and James from Grossinger Kia called me soliciting the possible sale of a car His phone number that came up on my caller ID is [redacted] Once I started to ask him to remove me from all sales calls/soliciting lists, he hung up on me I get the feeling he hung up while I was asking to be removed as an attempt to justify him not removing me from the company's lists Unacceptable Business Practice!!!!!

I wrote about how bad the service and pricing was for grossinger Kia also how much I hated them over a year agoAll that has changed they have completely shifted gears and brought a customer service team that's awesome! From the manager to Steve I mean all the service reps are amazing to work with nowThey might be a bit overbooked at times, however they are composed and prompt to helpI mean wow! I've never been happier dealing with a delearship service centerKeep up the great work and hope you guys get raises cause you deserve it

I hate this dealership! They do nothing but make excusesI set up an appointment weeks in advance for a rattling noise coming from the rearI dropped the car off and Jeff said we will inspect the car and call with no time frame or approxI called the next day to check, no call was made to inform me on the inspection and diagnosisAnother rep said the car was never inspected and doesn't know when they will get a chance since they're so busyI asked for a loaner but they didn't have oneI told them I would pick up the car since its my only means of transportation, reason being because they wouldn't give me a time frame?! Like an it I tried again to take it back, guess what? I had to book another appointment more than weeks laterThis time they inspected it and said its the rear stabilizer links which they don't have in stockThey're on back order, yes I had to wait till they received the parts then set up a new appointment to replace themI called to confirm the parts were received then I called service and spoke to a rep, asked him the soonest appointment and he said there's customers in front of him and go online to book an appointment since they're getting an earlier date? I asked him if I did that will I get my car fixed sooner, he said no guarantee since they're very very busyHe said will call me back to book an appointment but never didSo I booked it online because he advised me toTook the car over to them day of my appointment and told me it could be 3-hours or maybe till next day for them to be fixed, maybe? I was shockedTold them I will make a complaint since it seem to me that this small problem takes 2-hours to fix and its months later and nothing has been done I'm thinking that they push the warranty issues aside for more profitable cash business fixesThe car and parts needed fixing and are covered under warranty so it's fishy what they're doing to meNever buy a car from them or take your trust them with your carMy recommendation of courseI guessed the reason for appointments are to resolve vehicle issuesI can understand they're busy and it takes a little extra time but months is outrageous! Good luck to all of you deciding to book an appointment for their services
