I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to methe salesman I worked with, JUSTIN, made sure all paperwork was re done and gave me the original offer we had agreed uponbecause of justin, and only justin, I will deal with LEOPARDI again, but only with justin bhe was very professional every time my wife and I had to go there and he solved our issue

In regards to [redacted] and the 2008 Jeep Patriot she purchased on 2/14/2017. We have repaired her vehicle free of charge. The mentioned issues were covered under Chrysler factory warranty. The check engine light was a update with Chrysler computer systems and the rust on the subframe was...
covered under Chrysler's 8/80 corrosion warranty. My manager did not handle [redacted]'s complaint properly and my mechanic missed the rust. My mechanic has been fired due to the seriousness of this issue. We apologize. We have offered [redacted] 5 free oil changes for her troubles after we returned her vehicle to her with all issues fixed and resolved.
