On September 25, MrBurris was notified of the damage to our concrete Between that day and the April 13, date that he mentions in his response he ignored numerous texts and phone calls On a couple of occasions he told my husband he would come over and then he never showed. This gentleman has refused to accept any responsibility for his defective workHe never checked his employees' work, not once Since September 25, we have discovered numerous other problems with his work, including but not limited to poor drainage due to improper elevation of the poured concrete, defective joints in the concrete, damage to our siding, and defectively poured concrete which is permanently ruined because it was sealed when it was wet I was lead to believe the concrete would be sealed on other occasion after it dried, not the same day.Mr [redacted] no longer has an opportunity to cure these problems He will be held accountable for our necessary repairs Mr [redacted] is an irresponsible contractor and should be rated accordingly

He never checked his employees' work, not once.  Since September 25, 2015 we have discovered numerous other problems with his work, including but not limited to poor drainage due to improper elevation of the poured concrete, defective joints in the concrete, damage to our siding, and defectively poured concrete which is permanently ruined because it was sealed when it was wet.  I was lead to believe the concrete would be sealed on other occasion after it dried, not the same day.Mr. [redacted] no longer has an opportunity to cure these problems.  He will be held accountable for our necessary repairs.  Mr. [redacted] is an irresponsible contractor and should be rated accordingly.

Review: We had a contract to lay cement. During the process the company damaged our existing patio and has refused to repair the damage, despite repeated requests. The owner has lied on occasion and said he would fix it, but most of the time he is non-responsive. The damage is obvious. They should have never left the job without repairing it.Desired Settlement: Repair the damage. Or pay for someone else to repair it.
