Guarantee or warranty issues
The plant material was planted on 3/17/which gives a warranty one year from that date covering
disease, incorrect installation, or pest issue with the plant materialAs stated on the claim that *** was
the sales person this is not true I have never met this
customer face to face everWe had an employee
who is no longer employed with us that had a horticulture background and who was also involved in
other business with this client outside of Ground FX that handled the entire projectNow leaving that
said back to the warranty issue, plants that are planted in March will survive as long as watered on a
stringent watering schedule, even if temperatures are much colder it still requires wateringSecondly on
this project I recall asking the employee that is referred to above who was responsible for watering the
plants for establishment and I was told the client was handling or we would have charged for watering
services until establishment was metThe plant material did not establish due to lack of watering
therefore as any industry standard Ground FX is not responsible for the plant material under warranty
These standards can be verified by contacting any grower or nursery in the valley who provides the
same warranty as we doAs for the client contacting me with his complaint I was not contacted until
late May to early June of this year which is after the warranty would be expiredWhen speaking with the
client I explained to him I had not set foot on this project so I was unsure what plant material was used
could he provide me anything that he had on what was usedHe did provide a very brief description on
his thoughts of what was dead with some uncertainty however I explained to him that the plant material
was not bought local since I knew where this particular designer had purchased the material fromI am
willing to post multiple government entities we do large installations for as references that have never
had an issue with our installations, nor have they had any issue with our warrantyl will also be glad to
provide a copy of the warranty that the aforementioned employee wrote for a state entityThe bottom
line is the plants were not properly cared for after the installation took place

A house sitter took it upon themselves to surprise me by cleaning my floors using Holloway House Quick ShineThis has resulted in a milky white waxy film over my stained concrete floorsI am trying to contact Holloway House to find out where their wax remover is soldIt is not carried at any retail locations that sell the floor waxThis just doesn't make senseI have been trying for three days now to get in touch with someone at the company but I get nothing but an answering machineNo one calls back and this is a quick question that should be easy to answerThis experience has caused me to form the opinion that the service is as poor as the product itself

I would like to relate my experience using the product Quick Shine floor wax made by Holloway House. I would like to warn other people that this product has very adverse effects on your floors. As stated on the bottle, it does provide a nice shine on your clean floors, but after a few days of regular foot traffic is becomes dull. When you mop, the product does not come off and continues to dull. If you reapply it like it says you can, it builds up into and ugly dull grey residue. To remove it, you have to purchase online, their deep cleaning product and use HOT water, which can't be good for wood laminate. You then need to exhaust yourself over several days of scraping this residue off; and it is extremely time consuming It comes off in a grey, gelatin like muck, and is disgusting I used this on the laminate/pergo in my 1958 square foot home, and it was incredible how hard it was to get off. I have called Holloway Housee 4-5 times, and emailed them. They concurred that it adheres to your floor, but offered no resolution. But, it ends up like glue. I would not recommend this product to anyone!!

Review: Contracted for over $3000.00 of landscaping (shrubbery planting) - one year guarantee on plants. Seven of them died. After NUMEROUS calls to the owner, who always promised to replace them ("soon"), I have given up. It is well over a year that this has been going on. The plants died after a few months. Very non responsive to all calls.Desired Settlement: Replace the dead shrubs as promised or refund my money.
