We have fully investigated this complaint and found that Maids and Moore did not cause the damage to this customers table.? We ALWAYS take care of our customer that we damage anything in there home.? We are fully insured.? We did contact the issuance company just to cover ALL of our bases.? Please here exactly what happen when cleaning this home.? ? Maids arrived and cleaned home.? The customer called in and complained that we damaged her table.? We called the team right away and they said that there was a googly eye stuck to the table when cleaning it knocked off taking with it the varnish.? Maids and Moore always notify the customer immediately if any damage occurs during the cleaning.? As the damage was caused by a googly eye being glued to the table the Maids didn't feel like they caused the damage.? Although I would have preferred they call us anyway, regardless there action didn't cause the damageEmployee was wrote up for not reporting it.? ? We have spoken on numerous occasion with this customer trying to handle this so that she understands.? She is angry and keep threatening to post bad reviews .? And she did, multiple ones.? Now this complaint with Revdex.com.? Which is fine as we are at least able to respond .? We sent all info pictures and everything to the insurance company.? They said that its a claim and that unless Maids and Moore uses a tool that exact shape then the claim would be deniedPlease see text attached , that [redacted] ***? sent notifying the complainant.? I never like to accuse anyone much less a customer but during this whole situation the customer wants money.? Using bad reviews and threats.? ? I feel she is simply trying to extort money from Maids and Moore.? We will not respond to threats, If this behavior continues I will be contacting my attorney to file charges.? We 100% believe that the picture we are sending of the googly eye is enough evidence to prove this is a claim and that this customer is trying to get us to file a insurance claim so that she can be richer.? We stand by our decision and hope that you can see this clearly as well.?
This was a clerical error made? We tried reaching out to customer several times with no calls back, ? prior to this complaint ? The customer was refunded the correct amount and paid for the cleaningThanks?
