The bus in question had generator problems on the return trip home in the eveningThe bus was at a rest area and passengers were able to access those facilitiesWe tried to get a bus close to the

The bus in question had generator problems on the return trip home in the evening. The bus was at a rest area and passengers were able to access those facilities. We tried to get a bus close to the rest area to pick-up passengers but none were in the area. We had to sent a bus from Long Island which...
resulted in a much longer wait that we had anticipated. An offer of a $10.00 coupon on a future trip. was offered to all passengers. Passengers were transported back and forth safely, received a full 6 hour stay and received a bonus package from the casino.
I have nothing new to add. Passengers were offered a $10.00 off coupon on a future trip .
