Ground Works Landscape & Maintenance

I normally don't do this But I need others to be AWARE! I had pavers put in to extend my driveway by this company back in Feb They buried my box for irrigation and mis-connected the sensor wire to make the drip system work automatically So it doesn't work In March when I noticed my plants were dying, I immediately contact Dave and Steve because that was my first thought that the paver guys disconnected something since they had to extend the pipe that runs under my driveway to go under the pavers also After SEVERAL ignored texts and phone calls through out March, Dave finally came out last week (this is in April now) He could not find the box he buried so he started tearing up my newly laid pavers He finally found the box (not under the pavers mind you, but under some rock and dirt) He fixed the drip system but now I'm faced with my driveway partially torn apart He told me he could not figure out how the pavers went back together-and that he had to get another guy t

Dave and his crew talk a good game But never show up when they say they well Multiple times he would text me and say he would be out that day and never showed up When his crew would show up they did terrible work Pavers not level, pavers not properly installed first rain and they movedThe spacing of the pavers are not correct, it is a tipping hazard, I asked him to fix them and all he did is give me excuses about how they were fine
I asked Dave to come out and fix irrigation leaks, after he finished I had more leaks then when he startedI asked Dave if he used teflon tape and he says no they use a spray on teflon I asked several other landscaping companies about the spray on teflon and they all said they never heard of it
I would never hire GroundWorks again
