Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me I have attached the receipts that Chandra from Ground Zero Gymnastics has given me, and I do not agree with how much it says I owe In January of 2016, Chandra came to my home, and demanded that I pay her in full what I owe her, and I have attached the paper print out that she handed me in my home Since then I have made $payments every month since January May I went to go make a $payment because I missed April, so I paid $for April and $100.00, and she gave me a receipt, which I have also attached, which only shows that I have only made a $payment Since January These receipts are what this dispute is about

This is a claim from a family that has owed money to us for nearly a year. They have lied to us and about us and just last week was in the office stating that we are ripping them off in front of current clients and the bill is very clear on what they owe and what they have paid. I told her that she...
needed to leave the building and if she were ever to return, I would have the police come and remove her. After being called a few names by this person, she did leave the property. This has been going on since May of last year and I have been trying to work with them on the money owed since last July. I am unsure what else to do with this person besides take her to court which now will be my next step. I can get you any info needed on my behalf regarding this matter.
All I am wanting is to be paid for all the services rendered and for this family to then move on with there lives and leave myself and my business alone. after all that I have done, with no accruing late fees and dealing with the inconsistencies from this family I do take offence to this compliant.
Attached are the two bills, one has now been paid off and the other is still a debt. We have two separate bills per the family, as we were asked to do this since they were trying to get money form the government to pay for classes.
