Ground Zero Landscape & Construction, LLC Reviews (13)

June 13, Ground Zero Landscaping LLC review The owner Chad Bennett was pleasant and easy to talk toI did not have a specific design or specifications for the company to use for my brick paver walkway and a 3-foot-wide border around the back of my 57-year-old houseSo, Chad helped with some of the decision making regarding the pattern and how to resolve grade variationsThe paver masons were precise with the difficult fits and quick to set grades and set the paversI asked for some changes to the original scope of work to include a drip system valve replacement which was accomplished by another employee other than the two masons There were some miscommunications related to some fill dirt that was needed to fill a low area adjacent to the masonryInitially some gravel mix (ABC) and caliche was brought in for the fill material which I rejected as unacceptable but Chad quickly found a source of “turf soil” and removed and replaced the ABC and caliche with the “turf soil” which I found acceptable Overall: My wife and I were very pleased with the paver results; it improved the appearance of the house and will reduce the yearly maintenanceI highly recommend Ground Zero Landscaping with one caveat: it you do not have a formal design or specifications, as I did not, you will need to follow up as the work progresses with feedback to Chad and his workers to ensure you get what you have envisioned

Ground Zero turned my dry, dull boring backyard into a desert oasisIt's extra living space for us now because we spend most of our time outside in the backyard

Ground Zero is a great company with friendly people that showed up on time did a neat job for meI would recommend them to anyone needing landscape or any work around their home

Chad and his crew at Ground Zero Landscape & Construction did a great job on our front yard From demo to finish they were done in a day and a half It looks better than we imagined We love the pavers - excellent job! Thank you Chad B!

This company just completed my front yard makeover and their performance was outstanding On-time and on-budget Chad and his crews were professional and they did everything they said they would do!

Ground Zero Landscape, owner Chad recently installed new irrigation lines and system at my house in Chandler, Great company, very professional, excellent customer service and on timeThey installed the new lines and next day there was leak I called them they came right away and found that the leak was not from the new lines it was from neighbor, my house was model home and builder put joint lines, they did lot of digging and found the lines cut and sealed not coming to my property, that was all extra work but they did not charge me I defiantly will recommend them to my family and friends

My wife and I were relatively new residents to Scottsdale and knew we needed some professional advise and help with choosing a design for our backyard which to say the least was in dire need of some TLCAfter interviewing several other landscapers we felt that Ground Zero Landscaping was a good fit for our projectChad, the owner of Ground Zero took total responsibility for our project and was a significant asset to not only helping us come up with a great design plan but as the owner he took full responsibility from start to finishWith larger landscaping companies the work gets pushed down to either subcontractors or less than qualified job FormanMore often than not there becomes miscommunication between the subs and then the fingers pointing startsNot true with Chad and his crewI couldn’t even begin to tell you how many times Chad was on sight and always cognizant of our desires for a professional jobEven as we did several change orders he was willing to guide us through the entire process always with a can do attitudeI would not hesitate to call Chad again for future projects

We are very pleased with the pillars that were constructed for our porch and the porch extension that we plan to use for a fire pit areaSince we also had rocks, artificial turf, plants and a drip system installed, our backyard has a whole new look! The crew was agreeable with our requestsThey were a little bit careless with the plants: I had to pull several branches out from under rocks for several of the plantsFortunately, we have a year's guarantee with the new plantsAll in all, I would recommend this company to others

I could not be happier with the performance and professionalism of Ground Zero Landscape & ConstructionChad and his crew were professional all the way through the backyard makeoverTheir prices were right in line with other landscapers and they went above and beyond with their service

Chad and his crew did an outstanding job on our backyardVery professional, honest, trustworthy, and timelyWe absolutely love it! Would definitely recommend Chad and his crew from Ground Zero
