I have received this complaint I spoke with Mr [redacted] about discontinuing lawn treatments and offered to personally come out to address any concerns he may have had He declined and asked to be billed for the rock removal and I stated I wouldI also offered my personal cell number for any communication because he couldnt get through with the main landline The auto pay was a clerical error on our end and I will be refunding Mr [redacted] his $and following up with his concern tomorrow Every customer has the opportunity to reach us through multiple numbers, emails and our website We are looking into why their calls or messages are not being received
