I am submitting a response to the complaint filed by Ms*** *** against my companyIt is my position that the complaint is baseless, as I offered the services that were within the budget given by MsGlover, and more specifically, the wall we disassembled/reassembled does indeed have the
necessary drainage installed to provide relief from hydraulic pressure; more specifically, PennDot approved Hydroblox along the entire length of the wall topped by no less than inches wide seam of 2b limestoneAny further drainage on any other part of the property was not within the scope of the projectThis being said; additional drainage was suggested and indeed a price given to Ms*** for an additional 1,dollars, which covered the price of materials and a rented trencherI was willing to not charge any additional labor, as I was already on siteMs*** declined my suggestion for the additional drainage, stating that "if more drainage is needed, we will address it at that time". I have dozens of pictures of this project documenting from start to finish, and I am confident the Revdex.com will be satisfied that my company did provide the services requested at a very fair priceIt is not my inclination to provide any further services either out of pocket or paid for to this customerI would ask the Revdex.com note that I heard no complaints of drainage following any other rain since the project was completed over months agoThe month of February had abnormally high rain totals and consistently quick snowfall/melt cyclesMany properties in this area are waterlogged to one degree or anotherThank you for your time
