This has been a very light winter, lightest in about ten years, the timing for my absence tooth was not good at allSince I started my small business in as a kid I have never missed a snow removal, not once, until last weekI was in a lot of pain and on antibiotics, please know if I was able to drive and complete my work I would have without a doubtI've worked in pain before but last week the pain was the worst I have ever felt I was in the hospital and a trip to the ERAll of my other some other clients understood and wished me the bestI sent this client a text and email, and received an email back wishing me the best, then a day later I get this complaintI offered to refund money and pay for the service she had to pay for I was in the hospital and ERI have never once missed any work since 1999, if it wasn't for my health I would have been thereSort of mind boggling as I received well wishes from the client, I offered to make it right but still nothingThis is the only client who does not understand, for the third time, I was in the hospital, very awful timing and I apologized over and overI sent this response as well as others to the client: I received your complaint from the Revdex.com, I am truly sorry for any miscommunicationI did email and text all of my clients including you, from your response wishing me a speedy recovery I am not sure why you made this complaint, shocking to meI physically felt so awful, if I drove I would have most likely gotten in to an accidentThis is regarding my health, I am very ambitious and do nothing but work because that is what I love to doEverything I said in my message was true, now I am embarrassed and feel horribleI never missed a snow removal since 1999, when I was nine years oldI cannot explain anymore how I felt, if needed my doctor and dentist can let the Revdex.com what I am and was going through I worked for you for many years, is there anyway we can resolve this on how own? It is not like I skipped out on work for any other reason, I would never do that and have always been there promptly after a snowfall With the visits you have left I would like to continue working for, as always I credit all left over visits back.I really do not know what else to say, I offered to make things right, I have never messed up before, even with my health last week I still took the blame as it is my health and no one else's! No other clients of mine complained and just about all want to help me and wished me a speedy recoveryI have never missed anything before just because I needed or wanted a day off, my life was in jeopardy since the infection reached my blood stream.Thank You

Stephanie [redacted]'s claims are false in the entirely, as every year any remaining credits are credited back in service and future work. This is absolutely ridiculous at this point, I missed one snow removal in years because I was in the hospital, Jamie wished me well and understood and a different person, Stephanie files a complaint, which should not be valid for her to do so. Work has been done this winter with the exception of the day I was in the hospital basically fighting for my life, the credit is not the full amount of the contract. As my contract says, any left over credits will be put towards future work, if Stephanie is rejecting the work as it seems what else can I do. She is lying like no other at this point and has no compassion for others. If I had the money to give a cash refund believe me I would do so. Awful funny every single other client I do snow removal for has understood what I went through two weeks ago, probably because they know I have always been there in the past. I offered to reimburse the cost she paid to remove the snow that day, I have still not received a statement or invoice from whoever it was they went through. Jamie [redacted] can let me know what type of work she wants done for the left over credit and I will be happy to do so. I don't believe Stephanie read the contract they signed before going on and on with this bogus claim, as again it states, any left over credits will be credited towards future work. I will go in front of a judge with my attorney, my very first client by the way who is a partner with a very prestigious law firm at this point because this is unfair and simply not right. I offered several times to make this right but nothing I offer seems to be satisfactory for Stephanie.
