Group 15 Real Estate

I been having electrical problem since I moved into the property of 1801 Rushing street. Group 15 real estate rent me the house through a company called [redacted]. I only have lightening in my bedroom and kichen area. This has been going on since July 17, 2015. I pay my rent on time every month. But they will put a late charge on your rent if you try to with hold the rent to get repaired done. The pipes freezes during the winter. We couldn't use the rest room properly, because the toilets wouldn't flush. The pipes burst, during the summer time which ran my water bill up to 332.78
