Had problems with the vehicle a week later and purchasing itHad to replace the key switch then after that had to put brakes then after that to replace alternator then now it’s the transmissionI’m having to much problems with this vehicleI would really appreciate if you could help meBefore having all these problems with the vehicle I wanted to trade it in for another car and the man would’t let meThe gentleman doesn’t want to work with me don’t know what else to do

Group Auto Inc This letter is regarding the chrysler that *** * *** had bought from our dealership back in 2/25/2017, when she first came to our lot her and her husband where looking for a vehicle with in the price range of $2,as a down paymentAt that time the
chrysler was the only one I had with in that price range, we were asking $3,- $3,as a down payment they kept insisting to drop the down payment to to the $2,that they had, I was willing to help them outThey test drove the vehicle a few times and they liked it so they wanted to take it as soon as possibleOn the second day they called me and said that the right side shock was making a noise I told them not to be worried, to bring it to me as soon as possible to get it fixed but they never brought it to me, on 4/24/when they came in to do their second payment I still reminded them to bring it to fix the problem they said they were going to bring it in three days and till this date they have not brought itOn 3/18/they called me saying the vehicle wouldnt start even after the warranty was over I told them I would help them, I sent them a lock smith to fix the problem it was a total of $to fix it so I reimbursed them back I have a reciept from the locksmithIn the month May they came to the lot to make their payment and also wanting to trade in the vehicle for a Cadillac Escalade wich I had on hold for another customer that had left a deposit on, I told ***'s husband that if the other customer didnt want it they can come back for it but I explaned that the down payment was higher than the vehicle they hadThe husband told me he didnt have the extra money but he still wanted that SUV becuase they needed a bigger vehicleLater that day they came back asking how they can get the title so they can trade it in at a drifferent dealership I explaned that the balance had to be paid off so I can give them the titleUp to 5/30/the vehicle had to be in good conditond in my opinion for them wanting to trade it inLater in the month of June the husband called me in the middle of the night and even though it was after hours I answer my customer and it was the husband really upset and threatening, He told me that the transmission had went out on the vehicle and was demanding me to pay for the viehcle to get towed, I then explained that it was after hours and also he needed to understand that it was past the warrany then he started being VERY disrespectful cussing, harrasing and insulting me I tried to calm him down then he mentioned that he was going to steal the vehicle and take it to Juarez Mexico and be over with it, I would even apologized and hang up on him multiple times becuase I felt like he was never going to come to an endAfter the last call it was then ***, I did asked her right away that when ever she wanted to come to the office to not bring her husband becuase I did feel like he was capable of doing somthing as he was being violent over the phone, she apologized for her husband explaining that he had been drinking, I was able to have a more decent conversation I also apologized and explained to her about the warranty she understood the situation a little more I still told her I was going to help her out by letting her skip Junes payment so she can put it towards the vehicle she was very thankfulAfter all this communication thinking I had helped her out the best way I could she never contact me back aperantly she just went ahead and put the complain toward usUp to now im still confused on why she is putting a complain on the dealer if I always tried to help them outOn 8/12/she came once again to the lot asking for a different car just to drive off and forget about the chrysler I honestly just dont want to have any more problems with her I feel like I was very flexible with her but it seem that they dont see that on my behalfIf you guys have any questions or concerns please contact me at ###-###-#### Charlie G***
