That is not a threat at all! We spoke to you on the phone and wanted to come check the situation we agreed on that from there we would have given you options or money back we are a company that takes pride in our work you agreed on meeting us then bad mouthed us on Revdex.com we never said we wouldn't look into the claim or come by we like to uphold our integrity and would do what we could to make you happy that is no threat at all so please don't say that it is offensive and we are very understanding to your needs if I can help please allow me too

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I can not believe the fabrications that have gone into your stories We put a call into your business the day after the fire occurred and someone from your office told my wife you would "look into it" and get back to us Two and a half weeks went by and we did not hear a word As a reputable business with a lot of integrity, I would assume a call such as ours from a customer would be held with a high level of priority I had to call back to follow up and was again told that it wasn't your fault That is neither here nor there at this point The words from your first response: "please do not accuse our company again of causing the fire or you will be hearing from our attorney" most certainly can be interpreted as a threat, which is why I rejected your first response As the consumer, I have the right to "bad mouth" a poor experience on whatever platform I choose to use Fortunately, my homeowner's insurance company has been extremely professional and helpful during this frustrating time and will cover repairs/replacements to our wood-burning stove Therefore, I will no longer require communication with your company and have decided to go with another professional company Regards, [redacted]

We already know your concern we didnt replace the fascia so its not our fault we have been by several times already for different complaints call the office speak to me Pat and we will come by one last time if the fascia was existing you will be charged additional for anything that is not our fault but we will see when we get there

I am the owner and I never spoke with you directly I can help with your problem but unfortunately there could be multiple leaks on an older roof and the amount charged was for a small section please call me directly [redacted] on my cell between 9-during the week

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Company's response is misleading:a.)They charged $for a six hour job, a few extra shingles and a little extra time and tar isn't much "out of pocket." b.)The leak occured because the job wasn't fully completed the first time not due to the age of the roof.c.)Re: extra visits - On the first visit the man inspected, promised to return and repair, but never didOn visit number 2, the man arrived earlier then the time he told me so no was homeVisit number The work took about an hour and a half.The work seems to be done nowThey gave us a year guaranteewe'll see if it lastsTim, who completed the job weeks after many calls after my initial complaint to them was pleasant, polite and businesslikeIt took a very long time for them to come and only after I complained to you(Revdex.com) did they bother to come and finish the work Regards, [redacted]
