Review: A bill was forwarded to me for services not rendered at Garden State Dental. I am a military veteran whom receives all my medical and dental services from the **. On May 6,2015 I visited Garden State Dental office to dispute the bill and received no help. I was told that as a new patient intake paperwork had to be filled out providing **lid proper identification and proof of current address as well as insurance information. I was also told that the records were in archive which were unretrie**ble. The care that I receive from the ** as a disable veteran has been ongoing since I was discharged . The ** also have all of my dental records in which services were rendered by their facility on file. I've written to the collection as well as called and now I am reaching out to you.Desired Settlement: It is imperative that Revdex.com does and complete an investigation in regards to this matter because too many victims whom have served our country well are being mistreated for no reason at all or just for personal gain. In today's society people are barely making it to survive, so for this to happen to me than its just a matter of time for it to happen to someone else. Preferably an elderly family member of yours whom you would go through great lengths to ensure that this is stopped and reprimanded
