Check was issued to him for $3485.37, the amount of the claim which included re-imbursement of funds not even paid to Group IST.

Check was issued and mailed to address on the reservation as we did not have any other address for him. On Nov. [redacted] he questioned the whereabouts of the check. which was mailed on Nov. [redacted] Check was returned and immediately resent to his correct address. We do have a "thank you" via email from him.
