I use that freight froward service offer by Gropu JDS, Inc located at 8305 NW 27th Street Doral,FL. To sent a Bicycle and two helmets overseas. The products have not been receive do to the fact that they address my shipment to wrong person. I try to talk to the owner of this business to get my shipment since August 15, 2019 but had no respond. On December 23, 2019 was that last time I spoke with MR. *** Owner of this business. I ask him to refund me for this items or to give them to me. my products have a value cost of $400.00 dollars for the bicycle and $62.00 dollars each helmet for a total of $524.00 dollars. I have not receive any responds from this business. I hope this can be resolve.
