Review: I ordered an item and didn't receive the right item. After multiple calls going back and forth between [redacted] and [redacted], I'm owed $200.

I ordered a [redacted] Grind & Brew 10-Cup Coffee Maker, order # [redacted], for $183.89, including $3.99 shipping, using my debit/credit card, on 4 December as a Christmas present. Upon opening, I found out I was sent a cappuccino maker instead. I emailed the address at the bottom of my receipt to find out what to do and never received a response back. After getting back on the website, I noticed there was a link to click on to start a return, so I clicked and printed out the shipping label it gave me on 28 December, return authorization # [redacted] In the return instructions, it didn't say who to ship it through, so I assumed that since [redacted] shipped it to me, the authorization would be good for the same carrier. At [redacted], they told me I had to pay $25.79 for the shipping, so I went ahead and paid to have it shipped on 31 December. I called the [redacted] "customer service" number that Friday, 2 January, and eventually was connected to Rosario M[redacted] who told me she would see what she could do and asked for the tracking info. The next day, I emailed her the tracking number, [redacted]. Monday, 5 January, I got her reply saying she couldn't refund me, but to contact [redacted]. After she told me I sent it to the wrong place, I reminded her I did what the website told me to do. I decided I would wait to contact [redacted] until I saw that they received it because I thought they'd just go ahead and refund me, as per the instructions on the site. Yesterday, 6 January, I received an email from [redacted] saying that I'd been refunded $3.99, the initial shipping charge that I paid. Infuriated, I called [redacted] today, 7 January, to find out what was going on and again was told to contact [redacted]. I finally called [redacted] and was told that my order number couldn't be pulled up or processed because I ordered through [redacted], that if I wanted a refund, they had to be the ones to issue it. Yet again, I called [redacted] and they said that they couldn't issue me a refund because they don't have the unit. They expect [redacted] to ship it back to me and then I will contact [redacted] again for a [redacted] label to send to them. I asked them how [redacted] is supposed to locate my item if they can't pull up the order number and I was given no answer. When I got back on the phone with [redacted], they told me what I feared, that they couldn't send my unit back to me. Now I'm at my wits' end and out over $200 because I got sent the wrong item, the website isn't set up properly, the return instructions aren't clear, and the people working customer service don't want to go out of their way to resolve a customer issue.Desired Settlement: I'm seeking a refund of $205.69, which includes the price of the coffee maker I ordered and the cost of shipping I paid to send back to [redacted], per the initial return instructions I was given.

Review: Purchased a $600 set of cookware that was faulty. Returned to the company as advised by them so they could test it. Company claimed nothing was wrong with it and sent it back to me long after the time frame of which I could have returned it to the store for a refund. Company agreed to replace the set with a comparable one but have not shipped it out to me as of yet. I have had multiple conversations with them and it is now going on two months since we began this situation.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order
