What an amazing experience from calling in to completing the whole jobThe young lady on the phone was friendly, compassionate and understanding to my initial frustration and concern of the situation
The young man who came out understood immediately why my home was backing up, he was able to get the line cleared and had someone meet him while at my home to camera the line to find the "root" of the problemAfter they found roots in my sewer line and showed them to me with the camera they helped me come up with a game plan by giving me a few choices on how to proceed forward
Two other men came out to replace a section of my sewer line and they were as great as the rest of the teamThey were kind to Suzie my golden retriever who had her noise in their work area every time I lookedThey cleaned up after themselves when they were done and ever brought in my trash cans from the street while they were working for me
After everything was done I received a call to make sure I was happy with the service and even a Thank You card with a $gift card towards future repairsThough having to spend money not budgeted for and having my plumbing down for a day was not fun Your Plumber mad the whole process the best it could have beenI have found my plumber for life with Your PlumberThank you to the whole Your Plumber team!

My staircase step was cracked from them going up and down the stairs in their boots with toiletsThe two by fours in the wall were cut outThe faucet they replaced is leaking and they refuse to replace it

I left a negative review on Google because after I declined a repair they became aggressive in regard to the service callIt was less than hours and they threatened to elevate this issue to the next level if I did notimmediately payI was at workWe paid the bill
My issue is that their response to my negative review they released my name as.well as personal information that my wife has cancerThis was.brought up in discussion with Robin during my initial phone calls
In their Google review response she is also stating she is going to release the recorded phone calls onlineI never consented to being recorded
