Review: I purchased a dress for 539.99 and I Pacifically stated to make sure that all the tags be removed. I live about 4 hours away and had stated that this has happen before. They stated that don't worry we remove all tags and if we miss one the alarm will go off. Needless to say no alarm every went off period. Needless to say my daughter was showing off her dress and a ink tag was found. Fact of the matter is it is a day latter. So I called spoke to a [redacted] She stated that she would send a label or box on Wednesday and Reality by the time I get the label and send it back it'll be to late. There is no way as [redacted] stated I would revive the dress back maybe by Friday nor Saturday. The customer service is in need of improvement as far as customer relations. Example one dress we did want it was torn and missing items and would only 10% really I state that would even cover the missing snaps and other straps. And let's say if I take it to another store they might not have the same machine to remove the ink tag or the dress could get ruin trying to remove the ink tag. Plus I would have to travel again to find a place to do this. I'm quite pissed off over this situation. Case my daughter waited to the day of her prom date. But the fact of the matter is this should of never happen period.Desired Settlement: If the assist manger and the customer service rep had listen this would have never happen or in reality if they did their job in the first place this would not be a problem. But it did happen and I purchase a dress that is essentially not of a proper sales. The dress is unless with a ink tag. Their refund policy should be amended for situation like this one. Their service rep should be motivated to help customer and more appreciated and pay attention to detail. I find this store to be a medium high end store. I should be compensated for their mistake and I'm not talking about their store credit since I live 4 hour away and sure wouldn't want to do business again since this has happen. I wasted my time in gas and money on this purchase
