I believe that Groupon makes some of their vouchers unavailable so that they cannot be used before the expiration date I had three active vouchers and all but one was available When I reached out for assistance, I wasn't responded to until after it expired and at each turn I was told it was my fault even though I was able to view and use my other vouchers and I sent them screen shots of my issues
