Grout Doctor, The

[redacted] the grout doctor came to my home on November He gave me an estimate on recaulking my shower walls, around the tub and sinksHe wanted to come the following Saturday at like seven a.mWhen I told him he couldn't come until noon his facial expression told me he didn't like itI should have known then and there this was not the repairman for meHe came at noon and two and a half hours later he was finishedEverything looked good and I paid himAbout the middle of January I notice that the caulking he had put in the shower walls were already peeling and coming outHe did a piss poor job and I would not recommend him to anyone!

Thanks to the GROUT DOCTOR for excellent service provided on my bath re-grout I considered contacting the GROUT DOCTOR for quite some time, and am happy I finally did I left a message with the GROUT DOCTOR and Matt returned my call within minute, making the appointment for the following day He provided a thorough explanation of the grout removal and replacement process and gave me a very fair quote We then scheduled the work for the following week On appointment day, his crew impressively arrived minutes earlyand got right to work The grout removal / replacement went well The area was cleaned up and job completed within a few hours Matt provided clear instructions regarding the bath use, discussed warranty information and said to contact him immediately with questions or concerns He even honored an additional coupon that I presented at the time of payment The entire experience was superb from start to to finish I highly recommend the GROUT DOCTOR!

I was very impressed by M*** B*** and Grout DoctorM*** was extremely conscientious with communicating about appointment times, showing up on time, getting right to work, and finishing sooner than he said he would! He did a wonderful job regrouting our shower--it looks brand new! We had an acrylic shelf in the shower that had some water damage (warping) to it, and it broke when M*** removed itHe repaired the shelf as best as he could, and told us if we would purchase a new shelf he would come back and install it for free (and he did)On a whim, I asked him about some minor tile work I needed in my downstairs bathroom (which I already had tile and grout for)He came back and installed that for free, even though I offered to pay him! He said customer service and referrals were more important to him (and how often does that happen)? I highly recommend this business and would use them again

He wanted to come the following Saturday at like seven a.m. When I told him he couldn't come until noon his facial expression told me he didn't like it. I should have known then and there this was not the repairman for me. He came at noon and two and a half hours later he was finished. Everything looked good and I paid him. About the middle of January 2015 I notice that the caulking he had put in the shower walls were already peeling and coming out. He did a piss poor job and I would not recommend him to anyone!

I have nothing but great things to say about [redacted] and The Grout Doctor. [redacted] was responsive, prompt, straightforward, easy to get ahold of, courteous, and very skilled. The grout and caulk in our Master Shower was black and mildewed, and [redacted] made it all sparkling white! Thank you, [redacted]!

This business / contractor sets times for appointments and start work times but is always late or doesn't show-up. If you call about a missed time that this firm has set they either have a list of excuses or claim you, the customer, has a bad attitude and hangs up. Apparently they don't believe in a courtesy phone call to the customer telling you why they will be late. Not a customer friendly business...... I personally don't know how they can treat customers like this and still advertise on TV.
