Review: On August **, 2013 Grout Line Solutions performed work in my home. They also performed prior satisfactory work in my home on August **, 2013. The employee of August ** arrived an hour late and left behind grout compound in my bathroom in areas where it is not supposed to be e.g. tiles, and door . I called to ask for him to return and clean up and was met with argument and a recommendation to clean it myslef with a cleaner he provided as part of the service. I attempted to clean the affected areas for 20 minutes without success. I have placed several subsequent calls in an attempt to get the company to return to my home and clean the bathroom approrpiately. I have received NO response.Desired Settlement: I would prefer not to have this companyin my home again so I would like a refund of $150 to cover the cost of having someone else come into my home and clean the grout compound off the tiles and the door.
