I went to Car Town KIA in Florence, SC. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. When I got there everyone was friendly, even the application process was fast. When I test drove the 2014 which I thought I would be purchasing, there was one problem the monthly payments were to high for me to afford. So I told the sales person (a man of course) that these payments were a little out budget, he than agreed to find something within my monthly price range. Second problem, the payments were NOT within my monthly price range again. The sales person then says let me talk with my GM. So I waited, and waited some more and waited some more to finally find out that not only has this dealership wasted my time but also that the salesperson LIED to me in telling me that he could get me lower payments when he knew he couldn't and wasn't going to do this. Know what you want to spend before you go see anyone at Car Town KIA and stick to that budget. Or else you will be paying for a car you can't afford. Because they CLEARLY don't CARE about the customer. These sales people only care about the COMMISSION!!!
