Review: I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler on June 3 2016. The very next day noticed the roof was leaking from the passenger side. This is a hard top model. I had to wait until Monday to call because of the business being closed on Sunday's. I called and talked to Dave who was my salesman and notified him of the problem. He stated just bring it up this weekend and they would take a look at it sometime and that they didn't have any loaner cars to give me until the weekend as well. I told him I would like somethings in writing that they would take a look at it and he just laughed. So I drove up there which is about an hour from my house after work that Monday and talked to Dave. They took it right into the shop to look at it and he said it would take about an hour. So I thought that's great! Then Dave notified me that then need to replace the seal kit and I would be about 2 hours to finish, which they were closing soon. So out of nowhere they had a rental for me. He said it would be ready the next day. I called on Tuesday and he said they had to order parts. And it won't be ready for a few days?! They kept me at the dealership for 3 hours to the understanding they were working on my car when they never touched it. So a few days later I had the car back and it rained hard that night and the same spot was pouring water inside the vehicle. So I called back and wwe made arrangements to fix it. They attempted again and when they called to pick it up I gladly did so. Half way of my hour ride home it was again raining and the leak persisted. I turned around and went straight back to the dealership. I asked for the manager and Dave was reluctant to get him but finally did. Bob was his name. I told him that the car was still leaking and his response to me was " you're lucky we are even touching your vehicle". That's was he end of the conversation. I called and talked to the owner at this point and he said that he was blindsided by all of this information. To come in and they would make it right. I told them I didn't not want the vehicle anymore they said the would only exchange for something else but I was stuck with them. There were no vehicles on the lot I was interested in so the said they would replace the top but had to check with Chrysler. I had already called Chrysler and had a claim because of the leak. They have had the vehicle now for 2 months. I was told I would have the car Monday aug 1 St and I called to see if it was done they said they have the top and it would need to be water tested and I would have it ties or wed. I called yet again today and now the top that came it came without Windows and they need to be transferred to the new top. I'm so at a Lois with these people.Desired Settlement: A vehicle that does not leak!

Review: I, Kerry J. Krajewski, would like to file a complaint on Eddy Esposito Automotive Group, Inc. in Grove City, PA 16127.I have tried other channels for help and have not been able to get any results. I have gone to Eddy Espito numerous times and they have failed to honor their standard warranty for the motor on my 2000 Chevy Blazer - which is a 4.3 L that they replaced with a smaller motor. The vehicle does not run properly. It cannot be driven because of this problem. Can you possibly help me with this situation.
