I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I made an appointment for a detail not a carpet and seat procedure.  I was informed because of the pet hair on the floor it was an additional charge.  The attendant did not explain to me what they were going to at all when I made the appointment or when I left my car with them, only that there would be the additional charge.  I can see that there has been a great misunderstanding on my part and a refusal on the company's part to accept the fact the attendant neglected to be thorough with the information pertinent to my car care needs.  I expected a detail and they planned to wash, and do the carpet.  Now, weather he thinks I made a false claim or not,  I was very unhappy with the service I received.  That's it.  Debbie

scheduled appointment for a carpet and seat procedure as well as pet hair removal at Grove City Detail Co. In addition, an exterior wash was also completed. This procedure was described to the customer by my shop manager prior to booking the appointment. This procedure is also listed on our website and menu. A price of $85 plus an addition $50 was also given to the customer prior to any work completed on the vehicle. This price did not include detailing any other interior surface other than steam cleaning carpets and seats as well as pet hair removal. Wiping out cup holders, the dash and doors are not included with the carpet and seat package. My shop manager went over the expectations with the customer regarding our service and what would be completed. With approval by the customer, Grove City Detail Co. completed the service as requested.While my shop manager and I were in the office we observed the customer walking across the road and towards our business. My shop manager advised that this customer had yelled at him earlier regarding the price for pet hair removal. As soon as the customer entered the office she apologized to my shop manager stating "I'm sorry for being such a ([redacted])." After advising the customer not to worry about apologizing, my shop manager took the customer to the vehicle and showed them the work that was completed. The customer advised they were satisfied and then came back inside to pay.Two days later the customer called back and yelled at my shop manager stating that "we take advantage of old people and I'm calling the Revdex.com" and promptly hung up the phone not giving him or me the chance to respond.in response to the $54 hour, our normal shop rate is at least $60 per hour.On a consistent and recurring basis I receive many compliments about my shop manager and employees. Not only for the quality of their work but how have they gone out of their way to satisfy our customers. Grove City Detail Co. would not be as successful as it is now without the leadership and personality of my shop manager. Based on my investigation and personal observations of this incident I can firmly tell you that the customer filed a false claim and misrepresented her experience with your Bureau.Desired Settlement: In the best interest of both parties, Grove City Detail Co. does not wish to do business with this customer in the future.Regards,[redacted]-Grove City Detail Co. - President?

Review: I had an appointment to have my car detailed on Monday, March 23, 2015. The man at the desk told me it was $85.00 plus an additional $50.00 for vacuuming the carpet because of the dog hair. I complained because there was only minimal dog hair in one area. He said it was because it was so time consuming so, I agreed. He also told me it would take 2.5 hours to complete. Before I left, I noticed the tires were not cleaned, but I just shook my head and left. While driving I discovered they did not clean the interior at all. I've only owned this car (Chevy Equinox) for a couple of months so it was obvious to me they didn't clean the interior, did not wipe out the cup containers, did not wipe down the leather seats, dash, or doors. All they did was wash and dry the outside, windows, and vacuum for a whopping $54/hour plus tax. I was upset and will never patronize their business again. I'm feeling taken advantage of. It's no wonder there were no other cars in the lot. The prior owner was swamped, these guys? No way. I guess the good news is, they will probably not succeed in this business. Too late for me though.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate you notifying them and letting them know I've submitted a complaint. If you cannot, so be it. I will tell them in person although I don't think it will do any good.
