shelf double Absolut vodkas. We charge $0.50 for a tall glass mixer. In this case the mixer was cranberry juice. Any top shelf liquor alone is $5.50 and we charge $3.00 more for a double. Again, there were seven of these and one single. There were also three top shelf Jagermeister shots and three Budweiser beers.     On Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm-1am, we have live music. During these hours, instead of charging a cover charge, we have entertainment pricing while the bands are performing. This helps go towards the cost of the otherwise free entertainment, which can become very costly. The entertainment pricing is $1.00 additional on top shelf liquors per drink, $0.75 additional on middle and well liquors per drink and $0.50 on all beer. The beverages and entertainment pricing all add up correctly. We did not have any overages/shortages on the night of 4/30/16 on cash or credit cards.     We have Mr. [redacted] and his guest on camera enjoying their drinks and entertainment. We have the ability to go through and count the number of beverages that were ordered from the bar. We are also able to see Mr. [redacted] signing his credit card receipt for the $94.50, with no tip or dispute at that time. We are not sure what the actual price of his tab was supposed to be, but the $94.50 is the actual price of his tab, with beverages of choice and entertainment. Our bartenders do not overcharge customers and pocket the money. There is no scam here. We are providing a product and a service in an exciting atmosphere. We don't typically give out our personal information, but Mr. [redacted] left his number. I tried to call him back and it went straight to voicemail.    At this time, we are not willing to refund any portion of Mr. [redacted]'s tab. He and his guest clearly enjoyed themselves and these are products and services we can not recover. Mr. [redacted] has already disputed the charges with his bank, so we will be providing them with the signed credit card receipt and recorded camera footage if necessary.Thank You.
