Good Morning,

I am replying to the letter sent to us by email. I do not understand how the customer is saying we botched up the seal and are refusing to admit it. The customer came in on May 12/14 to get the seal replaced(RO#[redacted]) ...

mileage was 100501. The next time we saw the customer was 10/27/14 for an oil change(RO [redacted]) mileage was 122933 no complaint of a leak and we do and 27 point inspection no indication of any leaks. The third time the customer was here was 06/09/15 (RO[redacted]) for a check engine light mileage was 132749. If the vehicle was service here on a regular basis we would notice any leaks or other problems with there vehicle. They have also put on 32208 km from the time we did the seal to the time we did the check engine light back in June. Please call me if you have any concerns with this manner.

Just because Grove Dodge did not detect a leak, does not mean it did not exist. I was not aware of it either till I had my brakes changed. My Vehicle is regularly serviced in regards to oil changes and such so I doubt that Grove dodge would have noticed a leak if no one else did. the leak, as I understand it, was not causing drips every where, but it was soaking the rear right brake.
