We went out and added an additional drop rod to the gates over a year ago, they only typically come with one.That wasn't paid for,I guess that's on the house.Its apparent the gate was left open multiple times with the marks on the house as the wind pushes them into the house.One gate uprights has a crack in it,that's the issue,the gate functions as it should.We don't offer FREE repairs due to neglect this isn't a warranty issue.I did purchase the material to repair the gate as if I'm repairing free than we have to try to squeeze into the schedule.However after this unjustified complaint we will not be repairing for free.Have a nice day

This was resolved back in july,I gave the customer $off the price and the balance was paid.job was done complete and correct the time line changed due to weather and just falling behind schedule
