*** called the shop and was talked to my employee *** and asked r a price on a radiator. She knew at this point in time she needed a radiator. *** made an appointment with *** to bring her car to the shop for diagnostic testing to verify that she was in need of a radiator. The car was driven over to the shop and there was no noticeable problem with the running of the engine. We pulled the car into the shop, filled the coolant system and the fluid came out of a sizable whole in the side of the radiator as fast as we poured the fluid in. We then called *** with an estimate and she told us that our estimate was the around the same as another shop had given her (she knew she needed a radiator already at this point). However she didn't have the money at the time to pay for the job to be done, told us it would take her a couple weeks to save up. When she saved up enough money she came back to us to have the radiator replaced. I then installed the new radiator and filled the coolant system with fluid. Upon trying to start the car there was noticeable pressure coming out of the coolant overflow tank, cranked the engine one more time to notice an increased amount of pressure coming from the cooling system. We then stopped all work to contact the customer to let them know there was a possible deeper problem with her car possible head gasket or warped head from the possibility of when the radiator first blew the whole in the side the radiator may have overheated due to the fact that the whole in radiator was so big it caused instant loss of entire coolant system. Therefore we believe the damage was done to the motor before the car was in our possession to be fixed, we still have the old radiator in our possession at this time. Best regards Grove Street Auto

I am rejecting because the he looked at the car and have me a quote. He told me I was lucky it was not the engine. It started and drive there back and there. After he did the radiator he called and said it was now also a head gasket problem and wouldnt start at all. I think he should have to fix the damage he caused while trying to fix my radiator. I found a place that specializes in it and I believe he should cover the damages.

What he responded with to thr claim haf nothing to do with it? Him and his friends helped push the car over because he didnt want it on his lot anymore.

I will have a full statement regarding this issue this weekend /I did see the girl and i said to her I thought you said you recanted the complaint ,as she said sorry over and over then my 10 yr old helped push her car back to her house and thanked me /she replied that...
she did not know how and then she said I might as well go through with it because I told her mother that she was nuts[not my words]
