[redacted] put cheap laminate in her home an I installed it, she brought the product as well, the underlayment was very uneven she was shown how uneven it was she excepted that I told her to correct the situation is to level out the underlayment she did not want to it was to costlywhat she is complaining about is the transition between the kitchen and the living room, I have replaced them twice ( at my expense) not hers they cost each, she forgot to mentionthey are cheap particle board transitions that match the laminate floors, her husband destroys them with his walker and his wheel chair ,they are not meant to be rolled over with either of themI DID THE LAST TWO FOR NO CHARGE SHE EXPECTS ME TO GO IN THERE EVERY MONTHS TO REPLACE THESE TRANSTIONS FOR HER I WILL NOT DO THAT ANYMOREI do not return her emails simply because she expects me to replace these for free ,it is not in the contract, twice is enough she needs to put in medal transitions in there place, which can be done by anyone, hammer, tin snips and a tape will do the work, bottom line she wants something for nothing and complains about itIf I hadn't replaced them twice before I can see her complaintbut been there done that twice I think is one to many
