Review: For over a year I have asked grover to replace a part in my sunroom that they sold to me and installed and over a year now and still no part. They are frustating to deal with and do not respond when I call.Desired Settlement: All I want is for grover to replace the broken part in my sunroom.

Firstly, we regret the delay in getting back to [redacted] but she has not been ignored as she suggests in her complaint. As the owner of Grover, I myself have visited the site twice to investigate. What I found was a very nice sunroom beautifully furnished by this customer with, unfortunately, a barely perceptible cosmetic blemish over one window (see attached photo). For some reason the interior woodgrain surface of the wall system had pulled out at the upper edge from the channel holding it in place. What has to be done is a similar woodgrain piece has to be installed over the existing material.

We had a person on our staff who handled this type of repair but he has been beset with health related issues for the past year and thus has been unavailable. We have been trying to find another mechanic to replace him but have not been successful thus far. We are continuing to look and as soon as we find somebody, we'll take care of this problem. In the meantime, she has the complete use and enjoyment of her sunroom in every respect. [redacted]

I understand, however, it has been over a year that I put my request through. All I need is a small replacement panel, I don't think that it would take this long.

I will be happy once I get the panel that requires replacement.

We regret the delay. [redacted] has been sick and, as a result, has been home in bed since 03/**/14. Given this situation, the small amount of cosmetic material needed here will likely be delivered in the week ending 03/**/2014.
