not paid any further amount to our officeHe is lying if he states he paid an additional $2,My withdrawal was due to Mr*** offensive attitude and inability/refusal to comply with the appointment of the *** and other appropriate matters requiredMr* *** was a very difficult client and despite our best efforts to assist him, he was his own worse enemyMr* *** continues to rant about my alleged withdrawal because of my own admitted failuresMy e-mail was in response to Mr*** offensive tirades after attempts to settle the matter failed because of Mr*** inability to stop pushing for more and moreMy response simply stated I obviously could not continue to represent *** ***..obviously because of his offensive and delusional behaviorsHe continues to cite this as somehow an admission of fault on my behalf when the truth is Mr*** own conduct caused my withdrawalThe matter involved difficult circumstances and the likely outcomes and procedures were provided to *** *** He may not be happy with the outcome, but they were completely in-line with my descriptions of the likely outcomesAs I explained to him repeatedly, the matter had to be won through the *** The necessity to pay for the *** was repeatedly emphasized and the costs explainedThe costs were even lower than expected and yet when the time came Mr* *** refused to payWithout a *** positive progress on the matter was not possibleThe other party in this matter offered a very favorable resolution, one that Mr* *** ruined by his repeated requests for more and more concessionsIt is no surprise the parties have recently came to agreementsIt is worth noting the *** fee was only paid in the last couple months by Mr* *** and still not appointedMr*** claims of overcharging are not a realityAny comparison between current counsel and my offices services are invalidThere are no contested hearings on the calendar and the attorney only made an appearance recently in their case only to come to an agreement on summer visitationsThis could have been had over 6-months agoThe case is not completed! This is another lieMr* *** is...wrongHe has made threats to slander my reputation whenever and wherever he canHe has posted his lies, and had others post them for him, on several sitesMr* *** is a liarHe has not paid anything beyond the $5,retainer and owes our office over $2,for services providedMr* *** was warned about repeated contacts with our office and the associated expenses, but continued to harange me with repeated e-mails, many of which were offensive and beneath the character assumed of a modern gentlemanMr*** statements I am a robber and crook are libelous and serve to work economic harm and are actionable in a court of lawAll services provided were properly charged and appropriate representation provided at all timesThank-you
