[redacted] called our dealership indicating he would like to have his motorcycle picked up because it would not start and he had [redacted] towingWe picked up the motorcycle, repaired it and charged [redacted] for the repairs and towing[redacted] called [redacted] towing for re imbursement of the towing and...

per [redacted] they will not cover his towing because AS STATED on the back of HIS [redacted] card FOR TOWING CALL THE NUMBER LISTED BELOW so they can initiate towing because they use their own contracted vender for towing. We appreciate [redacted]"s business and [redacted] was offered a good faith gift card for what [redacted] would have covered on his tow bill, they cover the first 35 miles of towing and [redacted] had his motorcycle towed 58 miles....we charge $3.50 per mile for towing so a gift card worth $122.50 was offered to be used in our dealership ($3.50x35= 122.50) and he declined itWe do not sell [redacted] products in our dealership and are not familiar with their policy's or procedures, we can only assume the card holder/policy owners understand how and what is covered and what needs to be done in order to collect on the benefits of their policy when they are attempting to use those benefitsWe are sorry for any misunderstanding that may have arose from this issue and tried to do what we thought was fair in the interest of both parties [redacted] and Winchester Harley-Davidson as we do not feel we were at fault since [redacted] is the policy holder and should understand how the policy works.

I am rejecting this response because: If the business was not familiar with the [redacted] towing they should have said so before picking up my motorcycle when I called and asked them if we needed to do anything special with [redacted] towing, instead of saying "no, nothing special. We'll take care of everything, don't worry about it."

Review: An e-mail was sent to me, and a few days later a check and directions on how to be a mystery shopper and how to handle the money was delivered by Priority Mail (US Postal Service)Since then, another check arrived from someone else, [redacted] at a differednt address, city & StateAnother e-mail was sent with a telephone # ###-###-#### with the signature of [redacted], and yet another e-mail with a return e-mail address, of which I sent an email to them telling them I didn't want their checks, nor was I interested in their companyI told them to call their bank and cancel the checks, because I wasn't going to spend money mailing them back to anyoneOne of the e-mails threatened to sue me.Desired Settlement: I just want them off my back for a delivery of checks that I neither wanted nor asked forPart of the Mystery Shopper description was that I should deposit the check, make a money Gram to another mystery shopper whose name they gave me, keep $for my trouble, etcI know this is a fraudulent companyI just want them stopped

The information I sent you was what I gleaned from the e-mails they sent meall I had were the names of the people who sent the e-mailsIf the company is a motorcycle company, someone there is doing the scam or they chose an innocent business so as not to be traceableNevertheless, I e-mailed them back and told them I was notifying the Revdex.com and I haven't heard from them sinceI still have the checks, although I'm going to shred them unless you want a pdf copy of themI will be out of town for two weeks untill Aug 3rd or therabouts

I sincerely apologize for this issue and we have been contacted by a postal inspector about the issue unfortunately we are not sending these out someone is using our address fraudulently and we are a bystander at this point with no control over the situation.............again I sincerely apologize
