From the very beginning, Andrey gave me a great deal and showed amazing customer service throughout the entire processThe movers came in the 1hr window as scheduled, took no breaks, and really kept it all movingI offered them some water and it was almost like they couldn't even waste time drinking it! Alex and his team were punctual, thorough, and fast! They took extreme care with my bulky and fragile antique furniture, helped me pack up a few random things that hadn't made it into boxes, and checked in with me several times to make sure that everything was in the right place! They may be good for moving and not anything else, but there is no way I will ever use them again and would recommend that you pack for yourself if you feel the need to use them. I paid the extra for the "white" glove service. Which was supposed to include wrapping, packing, moving, and furniture setup. What I got was boxing, not wrapping and packing. The boxes were not marked and I had no idea what I would find when I opened a box. And even if I was ok with that, I was not ok with my electronics just thrown in a box. Nor was I ok, with my work desk being taken apart and not put back together or a bookcase place on top of a file cabinet in my new home. I attempted to contact the company and file a complaint and what I got was "So what do you want us to do, I am on a call with a customer." They were great up until the day of the move.

Grovestars moving did an awesome job. My boyfriend and I used Grovestars moving on a long distance move to Colorado. We were starting a new life out in Colorado and were very excited to get out there. We were so nervous about moving and moving companies. The girls in the office of Superior were fantastic. So professional and always available to answer my questions. It was so nice dealing with them and they gained our trust right from the start. Once the movers arrived we were even more at ease. Alex and Nick got right to work and wrapped everything up like they were moving their own stuff. We were expecting the move to take about 10 days and they delivered our items in 6 days. Nothing was damaged, not even a scratch on anything. We were so happy and so excited to start our new life out here. Grovestars moving is a great service and I highly recommend them.

Very efficient and helpful. Even helped put together the platform for the bed after move. They loaded the truck and got to the destination, unloaded everything and even put them all in my designated areas. These guys were quick, professional, and listened to my direction with great patience. I highly recommend their service and will definitely continue to use them from now on. GroveStars Moving was fantastic. They let us know what to expect in advance and delivered. Their rates are fair and reasonable. And they cheerfully accommodated our need to move on a specific date and time. Highly recommend them.

I have used Grovestars twice now, and I will never use anyone else. They are fast and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly these guys moved my stuff. I have moved many times in my life and done it myself. Yes, that saves you money, but it is stressful and exhausting. I was neither stressed nor exhausted after this move. It was amazing.

Had to move a couple of days ago and had tons of calls from moving companies. These guys were very nice on the phone and they gave me a good deal! I had two pieces of a very expensive furniture and was very worried about packaging and how they will be transported. But these guys got 5 out of 5 stars on that!! Very professional and responsible company. Prices are great and no underwater stones when it comes to the final bill. Thank you.
