Do NOT I REPEAT do NOT order from this site! Me and my roommate just ordered from this site a very small order and they required us to send our ID pictures of the front and back of our credit cards to a 3rd party company took 7 days just for them to decline our orders. Now its gonna take an additional 3-5 days for my refund to get back on my card. They claim to be discreet and have discreet shipping but in my experience that is 100% Completely FALSE! STAY AWAY. Get what you need locally or from a different site GrowAce.com has a third party verification company that collects data. If discretion is what you want this is NOT the company for you.

I've dealt with this company a few times online. They are not very honest and don't hold up to their own word. They also have really slow customer service through answering emails, its about the speed of normal snail mail. If it wasn't for "My USPS" I would have never been able to track one of my orders because after asking several times the information was never sent. This was all right after they sent my package to a wrong address... Their own.
I do not recommend this company, find someone else.

Purchased a Professional 1000w complete Grow Package for GrowAce. When I received the kit noticed after errecting the tent that they had sent me the wrong tent. Contacted GrowAce about the mix up and serious set back they were causing me and it seemed as if no one cared on either call about the inconvenience they (GrowAce) was causing me. I was advised by the representative at GrowAce that a return label would be generated sent via email and then I was to return the wrong tent back them and then the correct tent would be resent in its place I was still very upset by this as this would of still killed my production cycle and further stagnated the whole entire process. So, weighting my options and trying to keep things somewhat on track I opted to purchase the correct tent for a deposit fee of $250 additional dollars and once GrowAce received the returnwd tent back they would then return my $250, which I'm still waiting for to this day. Finally, get the right tent proceed with the set up only to be stopped by yet another hang up with an defective equipment issue. One of the lights came out of the box with no pre drilled holes necessary to suspend the fixture via the light hanger assembly. I contacted them AGAIN to inform them of this issue and was advised to send pictures of the defective item proving its defects. After sending the pictures I received an email days later with an apology and a return label. Im just not happy with GrowAce and if I could take back my choice with the knowledge I know about this company now, I would of NEVER ever choose them for my growing needs. I truly hope that this review will help someone else in the future who comes here to review and check them out as a viable company. Be warned that from the looks of it by the other complaints on yhe Revdex.com, GrowAce has ALOT of growing to do themselves before becoming a customer oriented viable contender in the horticultural realm.

I ordered from growace 24 days ago and the order got lost. I had spoke with 3 people there and got three different answers. And that's not all half the order I reiceived was not working proper and I had to fix it myself. Bad company to order from.

A description of my experience with Growace.com would be to lengthy for this format. Suffice it to say that Growace.com has the WORST customer service and support that I have EVER encountered in 15 years of online transactions. I will never do business with them again.

Review: I bought a hydroponic system which first wasn't delivered on time as promise, second they sent me the product in three different days and also one wasn't included until I called and told them that, when I request the replacement for the broken part I never got it, all I got is "Ill contact the manufacturer and call you later" but never received an answer,, this has been going on for month and a half, I have a product that I bought from this company but I can use it because of the broken part.

Review: I purchased 2 grow light fixtures for my garden on Feb. 12th. When I received one of the two lights, it was dented and broken. I contacted GrowAce and alerted them of the defect. They told me to keep the light and they would send a new one to replace it as I sent them pictures of the defected fixture. The second light was automatically returned by the shipper before it even made it to my home due to damaged goods. On 3/03/2015 I printed a return label to send back the damaged light after they had told me to keep it, but none the less, I sent it back. To this this day after multiple emails back and forth, I have NOT received the lights I paid for nor have I received my money back!! Also, the Revdex.com says they are NOT a accredited business yet they are advertising that they ARE accredited!!Desired Settlement: I would like the top supervisor/owner of GrowAce to contact me to discuss the salesmans attitude and their incompetence! The salesmans name was [redacted] and he would not give me his full name yet they have not only my full name but my credit card information and $363.56 of my money!! I would also like a apology...
