Yes it was ,as We always had advertising on social media and this can be checked online(*** and other social media) Client did not stand by her contract and make event page as we requested for our vendors to market the event as well...and
due to venue being slow we gave her two free tables which she immediately took for her product

This is what was in the so called contract: "With our Website, there has been Over visits in just months We appear on *** for over different site search and web search With PINK NOTIONS INC Exposure we partner with many sponsors , local radio, magazines , newsletters, events calendars, and web advertising ." As well as "The Vendor understands that the event will be advertised in public Areas and gives permission for the use of their business information to promote the event." This is all a lieIn front of all the vendors she said that she advertised the event on a specific radio station, and like I said before I called and they had not heard of her beforeI still want my money and my product back

we have come up with analternative plan of giving her company the table at another event with two reps so she isn't out of the event monies to quietlyclose this disagreement and sent it to her today asking her to send names and numbers of the girls to us but her involvement be nil due to her behaviors and conduct which was sent to you in a letter.We also requested that you be a part of this settlement as she is emailing quite heavily and to the point of silliness.I am not going to put in a complaint but need this to stop as it is getting out of hand

No, pink notions did not refer a single *** rep to meIn fact she signed up another *** rep in November-*** ***
I don't have a written contractWe were supposed to print one off her site but she changed it between sales
I am not even disputing her claims of advertisingShe claims I was bad mouthing her to other business reps at her October saleNOT TRUEThe only rep I spoke to was *** *** who booked a *** party with me during this saleDawn *** claims I 'fought' with this repWhy would someone I fought with have a sale with me
She uses threats and intimidation tactics and needs to be stopped
She has absolutely no justification for kicking me out of her sales as I have done nothing but be professional in my behaviour

I have been working with consumer since dec 2015 and she is well aware of agreement of no refund and our contract is on the website,the consumer has broke the contract in several places and we have worked with her andtried many times to make this a positive result for her but she refuses to stand by...

the contract,and refused to return a signed copy and and we are now at the point and actionsn with the Revdex.com and the defamation behind her actions so we are now removing her from our venue and event forPOSH ON March 5/62016.
This contract is now null and void.
