The billing is not calculated correctly. They do not have a full time person who does the billing. With this place being a child care assistance facility they do not have a clue how to process the billing or explain what the payments will be. Constantly changing there prices. False payments on receipts.
Explanation of Charges Some body needs to come and check out the billing department in this facility. Need explanation of charges done.
Our center charges an overage fee that was explained to Ms. when she enrolled her child. She feels this is in error. Our billing has been explained to her on several occasions.
