Growing Wild Lawn Care

Went on to *** and found Growing Wild Lawn Care that had just started their company.My wife *** Hired Growing Wild after meeting with Zack Wagner at our properties and describing all the details that were needed to do the work for lawn maintenance.Zack sent over a Seasonal Contract of $400 per month starting week of August 1st 2019 and would end around October/November then start back in Spring dependent on the weather. We only have a very small area with grass but most of the property is parking lots, sidewalks, mulched beds etc...Zack and his Brother Seth would show up and blow off parking lots, spray weeks and use a *** to keep weeds down.During the few months that we had them do work for us I was constantly texting them to find out when they were going to show up since the weeds were getting out of control.When the leaves started falling they came to start doing the fall service for blowing off leaves etc..They kept telling me that with the leaves still on some of the trees that they would come back.Finally on November 2nd they showed up-first wanting the check for the whole month of November,my accountant told me not to give it to them until the work was completed since they had not been reliable but Seth said they would make sure the leaves were blown off and the fall plants were cut back.Seth said they would come back in a couple weeks to check on the leaves or I could let them know if the leave fell earlier so they could complete Novembers final service.Kept receiving text msgs with excuses. I received a call on 12/11 from Zack demanding another $400 to complete the Nov service & I told him no that he had already been paid for Nov but had not come back to do the final fall cleanup.Zack argued with me until I hung up then he showed up at our door where I met with him.Zack tried once again to get $400 from us & we told him no to finish the job from November.Zack left & have not heard from him or Seth since they took our $$ & never completed the fall cleanup.
