have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr. Philip W[redacted]'s inability to make good on the contract, or responding to my numerous calls requesting he provide a status or reason for failing to start the work on two separate occasions reflects a disregard for the legal agreement we both signed and the ethical behavior I expected. Mr. Philip W[redacted] wasted no time cashing the $3,200.00 check without regard in ensuring the contract stipulations were met or honored. If not for my contacting the Revdex.com, he would not have responded. To date, I have not heard from him regarding this matter. I am not interested in dealing with him or his company or any further communication with him. I expect a full refund within the next 30 days.

Revdex.com spoke with Mr. W[redacted] regarding this customer's delay. They have been very backed up from the strong storms and heat delays caused by the higher than normal heat this season as brought to the area. This customer's roof is scheduled to be completed in one weeks time.
