I am contacting you to say that I did finally recieved my order the day after I filed my...
complaint. So that portion of my complaint has been resolved. I am still unhappy with the rest of my experience as stated, and will probably not do business with them again.

Please be advised that GrowLife was notified this morning, August 30, 2016, of a filed complaint by Mr. [redacted] on August 24, 2016. We believe that he received his order on August 25, 2016 at 3:16 PM. Further investigation can be provided if there is any dispute.
GrowLife received Mr. [redacted]'s order on Saturday, August 14, 2016 at 11:47 AM. The Company worked to fulfill his order of BioThrive Bloom and CaMg+ in a timely manner but the supplier was out of stock. Mr. B[redacted], GrowLife's Senior Vice President of Business Development, sought other suppliers and then notified Mr. [redacted] on August 20, 2016. As stated, Mr. [redacted] received his order on August 25, 2016.
We apologize to Mr. [redacted] that his order took 11 days due to circumstances beyond our control. Given that Mr. [redacted] was contacted by a Corporate officer with an explanation and his "Desired Settlement" is "Delivery of Order", the Company sees this matter as properly settled and requests that this complaint be withdrawn.
Also, I suggest that the Revdex.com review its communication process to remedy systematic problems. First, after I opened the complaint message this morning, I was forced to respond immediately, where I stated that we would promptly look into this matter. Second, I was not permitted by the system to post this update and instead had to create and send this email. Finally, the process did not deliver Mr. [redacted]'s complaint for a week. Frankly, I would not be surprised if Mr. [redacted] may have sought to update his filed complaint from the 24th after he received his order the next day.
