I ordered the Growtronix system for my recently set up grow. In trying to install the interface module, it did not auto load, was not able to follow the path they listed to find the hidden file. Contacted customer support, I have been tryiing all day. No repsonse from emails, contact forms and phone calls. I spent nearly $2000 for this system and it is as useless as a paperweight on my desk. I am sure it is something simple the techy people that designed it could fix, except they do not respond to requests for help. I intended to use their product on four more grow rooms but it does not work and the company will not go good on it. I would not recommend this company to any grower at this point. They are a total scam. Likely a dropshipper of someone elses products. Their website seems full of great information but it is all lies from what I can see. Avoid this company if you have your own schedule to maintain, They are not open during listed business hours, they do not repsond to repeated attempts to contact them for support. Tech items are about useless if you cannot make them work. Avoid these people, their website is a total fraud.

I purchased a PH monitor from Growtronix, It never worked properly and they refused to replace itI originally purchased a control system including a PH probe and sensor in April 2013. The probe never worked properly and drifted. I tried to get the company to replace it, they refused and had me to send it back which I did. They recalibrated it and sent it back the same day and did not keep it long enough to see the drift issue. They have since refused to replace it and now are saying it is my problem.
