CMH NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO LTD is fraudulent. Selling shoes as Leather when they are plastic. Made in and sent from China so no returns possible. *** refused to resolve issue and paid them my money.

Ordered from an ad on my Facebook, 2 pairs of boots from GRROSHOME which is actually CMH Network Technology Co. Ltd with a support email that was not accepted on your site as valid even though I have dozens of emails to them back and forth to support@***.com to a RonnieP*** (***). Took a long time to arrive, paid with *** put on credit card 10-18-2019. Nothing like advertised on the inside or outside. One pair not the ones I ordered. Ordered a size 8 US size and arrived size 39 Europe size and much too small. Asked for a label or address to return. Was told to send proof they didn't fit with pictures of the inside of one of my shoes I wear, a picture of my foot, a picture of the label. Was told not to send back to the address on the package. Sent everything they wanted and first offered me 10% off my next order and to give the shoes to someone because their boots were so nice! Then I posted the boots and told my story, my friends on Facebook began giving similar stories and some never receive any boots at all, but no one was allowed to return. The company label says Hebron KY but emails were from China. I have filed a dispute claim with ***. Tried to complain to Facebook about the ad but couldn't find a way to do it. I just want other people not to order these boots or anything from this so called company selling many products that have other complaints with ***.

*** took their word and closed it even though they asked for no documentation from me proving they sent the wrong boots, the wrong size, the boots were not leather as advertised, they have a phony website where "stars" can not be clicked to rate and no review can be left, the Hebron KY address is phony, they have no phone number and it costs more to mail the boots to the Hong Kong address than the boots are worth. I paid 53.95 and the S/H would have been over 65.00 if mailed back with a tracking number all the way to Hong Kong. My Capitol One GM card did allow me to send all emails, pictures of my order and then what I got and still said because they offered a refund even though it would cost me more than the boots, they were going to take back my refund they had given. I guess crimes and scams do pay and others will continued to be scammed by this phony company.

You say the case is closed after I sent you emails and pictures. This is a scam company. I didn't file anything with the Revdex.com until November after I had worked with *** and my credit card company who did not look at my emails or pictures from this company that said it was from KY but was Hong Kong asking me to send 53.97 boots back with tracking that would cost more than 60.00. Their website is phony and I have accepted that no one is going to help me or stop them. I will donate the boots and eat the money and time I spent trying to prevent them from doing this to anyone else. I am spending no more time on this for a lesson learned not to order things off Facebook unless it is a company I know.

I read the message and I am done with this and will not be doing what the message asked.
