On Aug 1, 2015 I saw an add how easy it would be to order from any food place on their site and they would deliver it to you. In the back of my mind I remembered hearing something about this company so I thought about it for a bit then I looked at their places and decided to place my order from a place called wich which the person took my order was suppose to be apx 20.00 and some change when I got my conformation it was 55.70 I called back a man answered I noticed it was not the same name of company I just called but I ask him was this Grub Hub he said he delv for them I told him where I just ordered from and they have the wrong amt on my order. He first said I have ask them for ever to take this off of their site this place has been closed down forever and they will not take it off I am tired of the upset customers let me give you their number so I called this number a nice man said let me first check the order he said yes it was over charged he would correct it right away I ask what about the store being closed he said let me check would you like for me to call you back or text you I said call me back we hung up he did not call me but he did text and said yes sorry it is closed you will get your refund in your checking acct you should see it in there in the morning I can't tell you how many folks I have spoken with trying to deflect the blame off of their shoulders they said pay pal issues their credit I said I did not pay thru pay pal I paid you it states it on my checking acct this went on for weeks I now see where others have gone thru the same thing and they tell them what they have told me last week I spoke with them again after once again speaking w/ my banker he has been very patient with me but not happy with this company he has had no refund or credit of any kind to my account from them they are now trying to say they reversed the charges but they put the charges on my acct it was there for over a month now they ave removed it off of my bank acct as well as my statement my banker saw it on my acct just last week as well he said with it being on my acct that long I should see a credit there is not a credit the back has no credit they it appears has just taken back the money but not refunded me this is the same thing I am seeing from others and they took money for a place that was closed for about a year it seems I have never in my years of working in customer services seen this kind of place I can't imagine the interest they must be making off of wrong orders or their mistakes and it seems refusing to refund what is not theirs if they in their own words do take thousands of orders a day you could get rich just off of the interest if you argue long enough and try to ware someone down so they will just forget about it not sure if this is what they are doing but they sure have it seems tried to ware me down I want to see 55.70 back in my checking acct a deposit showing from them it started with a 20.00 order with a large over charge to not even being open now not even showing on my acct it disappeared when I ask them if I was going to have to go to litigation the next day it was not on my online banking acct. Are they scamming folks told not to refund orders if they can at all get away with it ? Look at the complaints this many folks can't be wrong it seems to me and it concerns me hard working folks are all saying the same thing I based this complaint at this Revdex.com because this is where their main office is and I am going to try and speak to someone there because with their customer service it is like who is on first no I am on first no he is on first it is crazy I have caught them in several mistakes regarding our conversations they they start trying to back track but I am not that old yet I as they say may have come in on the turnip truck but I was driving it ...plain and simple they have my money per my banker it appears they do not have any reason to or want to put it back in my acct they have shown me where pay pal had closed it out SO it means nothing to me I have no money that is between them and paypal just give me my money. If you can help look up the complaints I saw on the complaints in Chicago you will see others as in many are in my situation and on their face book many are complaining it gets taken off right away but if you watch their f/b they are on there tons of them daily . Thank you for your help I am on a limited budget this was a splurge for my sister and I it is not right to do others this way.
